How it all started...
Resonate Bellingham was planted at Western Washington University in the Summer of 2019. Our goal was, and always will be, to see God glorified and Jesus proclaimed at WWU and the city beyond. Our plan is simply the wonderful strategy that Jesus set forth: To live in powerful community, proclaim the gospel in word and deed, baptize those who receive Christ, make disciples, and send them as disciple makers , so that the ends of the earth might be reached for Jesus. Why the college campus? Like everyone else, college students desperately need to receive the gospel, and we believe that God has called and equipped us to do just that. On top of that, no other group on earth is more teachable, send-able, and connected. We believe that one pathway to the ends of the earth is through the campus. We love college students! Our prayer is that God would move powerfully at Western, and that He would raise up a generation of disciple makers from the campus who would change the world!
